• Prior criminal convictions and offences; and,
• History of service bookings.

• Create and update users accounts;
• Verify user identity, background history, and eligibility to use our services;
• Enable the delivery of domestic services;
• Enable communications between users;
• Facilitate payments and insurance services; and,
• Track and share the progress of services.

KAZI is committed to protecting all user data and information on our system. KAZI will not sell or share user data and information with third parties without customer consent.

• Geolocation;
• Prior criminal convictions and offences; and,
• Assistant’s efficiency and ratings; and,.
• Assistant’s financial data generated from the provision of domestic services.
